维美德向市场推出了一套全新的水冷压光技术。与普通造纸工艺相比,这套专利技术可提高压光效果。水冷压光技术的目的是在保持纸幅外观及其他特性的前提下,降低定量。这样可大幅节约能源和其他原材料。芬兰斯道拉·恩索决定在其Ingerois纸厂4号包装纸板生产线上采用这种全新的水冷压光技术。改造目的是在尽量保持纸板松厚度的前提下,提高产品质量。改造后的生产线将于2015年投入运行。
Valmet introduced to the market a new water-cooled calendering technology. This patented technology enhances the calendering effect compared to ordinary paper making. The purpose of water-cooled calendering is to reduce the quantity while maintaining the appearance and other characteristics of the web. This will save significant energy and other raw materials. Stora Enso, Finland, decided to adopt this new water-cooled calendering technology at its Ingerois Paperboard # 4 packaging board line. The purpose of the transformation is to try to maintain the thickness of cardboard under the premise of improving product quality. The rebuilt production line will be put into operation in 2015.
