目的研究一种速干性消毒液消毒相关性能及其影响因素。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该消毒液消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察。结果该速干性消毒液为一种复方制剂,主要有效成分为8 g/L醋酸氯己定与体积分数70%乙醇。用该消毒液10倍稀释液作用2 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率均达到100%。菌悬液内加入有机干扰物对该消毒液杀菌作用有轻度影响,消毒液pH值7.0以上有利于杀菌效果的提高,温度越高杀菌效果越好。该消毒液急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重),其原液对家兔完整皮肤刺激性试验最高积分为0,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论该速干性消毒液杀菌作用快速,效果较好;属于基本无毒物质,对完整皮肤无刺激性,无致微核作用。
Objective To study the disinfection performance of quick-drying disinfectant and its influencing factors. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test methods were used to observe the disinfection performance of the disinfectant. Results The quick-drying disinfectant was a compound preparation, the main active ingredient was 8 g / L chlorhexidine acetate and 70% ethanol by volume. The disinfectant 10-fold dilution for 2 min, the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans kill rate reached 100%. The bacterial suspension added with organic interference had a slight effect on the bactericidal effect of the disinfectant. The disinfectant pH value above 7.0 was beneficial to the improvement of the bactericidal effect. The higher the temperature, the better the bactericidal effect. The disinfectant acute oral toxicity LD50> 5000 mg / kg (body weight), the original solution of rabbit skin irritation test the highest integral of 0, the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test results were negative. Conclusion The quick-drying disinfectant has fast bactericidal effect and good effect. It belongs to the basic non-toxic substance and has no irritation to intact skin and no micronuclei.
