利用GIS对管道安全运行进行管理,具有实用性强、操作简单、投资小、可靠性高、先进性强等优点,同时它具有集系统性、适用性、兼容性为一体的优势,可以便捷、可靠、安全地对管道沿线情况进行动态数据管理。数字化管网GIS系统是面向管网管理的庞大的信息系统,并且是基于GIS平台进行的,而国内外又有许多不同类型和特点的GIS软件,如何从管道系统全局出发,选择成熟的GIS平台以保证数字管道系统的安全性、稳定性和可扩展性,是数字管道系统建设需要解决的首要问题。结合天然气管网系统的实际特点,探讨了管网系统GIS平台选型的依据和条件,通过对目前国内外几种主流GIS平台的特点进行比较和分析,总结出了各个GIS平台的优缺点,以及ArgGIS平台与其他几种GIS平台相比具有的优势。结果表明,ArcGIS平台是进行数字化管网系统开发的理想选择。

Based on the actual characteristics of natural gas pipeline network system, the basis and conditions for the selection of GIS platform for pipeline network system are discussed. By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of several mainstream GIS platforms at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of each GIS platform are summarized, As well as ArgGIS platform compared with several other GIS platform has the advantage. The results show that the ArcGIS platform is ideal for digital pipe network system development.
