屯堡村寨的传统组织资源在承载国家与村落社区的关联互动,保持村落社区社会结构稳定,实现屯堡文化传承、建构和族群认同过程中,都起到了重要作用,这些组织资源并非一成不变地恪守传统,只对现代性因素做出消极反应,而是能够在传统与现代的碰撞过程中,经过接触、解读、消化、吸收与转化,不断地适应社会发展,在传统资源与现代发展之间找到很好的结合点,使乡村社区更好地承接国家政策、资金对乡村的渗透与输入,实现内外部资源的有机整合,促进乡村建设的有序健康发展。
