在科技和医学飞速发展的今天 ,病理科能否和如何与时俱进 ,实现真正意义上的现代化 ,因其直接关系到诊断和治疗水平甚至医患纠纷问题 ,而成为摆在各级医疗行政部门乃至病理科面前的首要问题。借鉴国内外的成功经验 ,符合科学规律 ,因地制宜地进行病理科的建设 ,应成为我们的共识。本刊曾在 2 0 0 0年第 2 9卷 1～ 6期刊登了关于病理学科建设的文章 ,并介绍了四川大学华西医院病理科 (原华西医科大学病理学教研室 )等单位的经验。为了顺应时代发展的需要 ,进一步推动病理学科建设 ,本刊拟继续展开相关讨论。广东省人民医院病理科所进行的改革在其医院领导的大力支持下取得了很好的进展 ,希望能给予各个医院病理科以良好的启示 ,切实推动我国医院病理科的现代化建设。
In the rapid development of science and technology and medicine today, whether or not the pathology department can advance with the times and realize modernization in a real sense, because it has a direct bearing on the level of diagnosis and treatment and even doctor-patient disputes, has become a medical administration at all levels. The primary issue before the department and even the pathology department. Learning from the successful experience at home and abroad, in line with the laws of science, and the construction of pathology departments according to local conditions should be our consensus. The journal published articles on the construction of pathology subjects in the 2nd volume of the 2000 issue of the 1st to the 6th issue, and introduced the experience of the Department of Pathology, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and the Department of Pathology, former West China University of Medical Sciences. In order to comply with the needs of the development of the times and further promote the construction of pathology disciplines, this publication intends to continue discussions. The reforms carried out by the Department of Pathology of the People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province have made great progress with the support of the hospital’s leadership. I hope that we can give good revelation to the pathology departments of various hospitals and effectively promote the modernization of our hospital’s pathology department.
