乳杆菌和白念珠菌均为人体常见寄生菌,两者相互依存,又相互抑制.乳杆菌可通过细胞间相互接触及其分泌的代谢产物作用于白念珠菌,而同时白念珠菌又可拮抗乳杆菌对其的抑制作用.本文从乳杆菌对白念珠菌黏附性、芽管、菌丝、生物膜形成的影响及白念珠菌对乳杆菌的拮抗作用等方面进行综述,以探讨乳杆菌与白念珠菌之间的相互作用及可能的作用机制.“,”As part of the microbiota of the human body,lactobacilli and Candida albicans symbiotically depend on each other but also antagonize each other.Some Lactobacillus species inhibit C.albicans through direct contact or via exometabolites,while C.albicans can antagonize the action of lactobacilli.This review describes interactions between C.albicans and some Lactobacillus species,including the inhibitory effects of these Lactobacillus species on adhesion,germ tube formation,hyphal invasion,and different phases of biofilm formation by C.albicans.This review also describes the antagonistic activity of C.albicans on lactobacilli.These findings should help to elucidate interactions between the two and potential mechanisms of action.
