目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病患者下肢肌腱端病变的诊断价值。方法采用高频彩色多普勒超声测量30例糖尿病患者(A组)和30例健康成人(C组)下肢10个肌腱端(双侧股四头肌肌腱止点、髌腱起点、髌腱止点、跟腱止点、足底筋膜止点)厚度,分析异常肌腱端的超声图像。结果 A组肌腱端异常超声表现有肌腱端厚度增加,肌腱端内见钙化灶,可见明显点状彩色血流信号。A组双侧股四头肌肌腱止点、髌腱起点、髌腱止点的肌腱厚度较C组增厚(P<0.01)。A组异常肌腱总阳性率高于C组(64.7%vs.20.7%)(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者下肢异常肌腱发生率高,高频彩色多普勒超声有助于发现糖尿病患者下肢肌腱端病变。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diabetic lower limb tendon terminal lesion. Methods 30 cases of diabetic patients (group A) and 30 healthy adults (group C) ten tendon ends (bilateral quadriceps tendon only, patellar tendon origin, patellar tendon only) were measured by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound Point, Achilles tendon stop point, plantar fascia stop point) thickness, the abnormal tendon end of the ultrasound image. Results A group of tendon abnormal ultrasound showed an increase in tendon thickness, calcification within the tendon end, showing obvious punctate color flow signals. The tendon thickness of the quadriceps tendon, patellar tendon, patellar tendon only in group A was thicker than that in group C (P <0.01). The positive rate of abnormal tendon in group A was higher than that in group C (64.7% vs. 20.7%) (P <0.01). Conclusion The incidence of abnormal tendon in lower extremities in diabetic patients is high. High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound is helpful to detect the tendon-lesion of lower extremities in diabetic patients.
