广告是经济的晴雨表。从1979年上海电视台播出第一条“参桂补酒”广告以来,中国的广告业走过了21年的历程。短短21年,中国的广告业从基本没有广告到如今拥有5万8千多家广告公司、55万广告人、1000亿元的年广告额,真可谓“迅捷如飞,战功显赫”。二十年问,我国广告业随着经济的快速稳步增长而发展,广告经营额年递增率达到43.3%,一批实力强劲的综合广告公司和专业化程度较高的中小型公司经验在提升,水平在提高,并已初步建立了以《广告法》为核心的广告法律体系和广告监督机制,为广告业的快速发展奠定了基础。用十八
