目的:掌握大批官兵急进高原的心电图变化;方法:仪器采用上海产ECG-11A型,定准电压为1m v,走纸速度为25m m /秒,分别对1 500m 、2 850m 、3 800m 、5 030m 心电图各波、段值进行观察;结果:用自身对照t检验统计学处理,心率随海拔增高而增加,节律随海拔增高而发生不齐的人数增加,P波随海拔增高而时间、电压增高,P-R间期和Q-T间期无明显变化规律,R波在I、avF、V5 随海拔增高,振幅有逐步下降的趋势;S波在Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ随海拔增高,振幅有逐步增高的趋势;S-T段改变随海拔增高而发生改变的例数增加;结论:我们认为心电图改变,可以做为军民在未来高原地区作战、施工、急进高原提供筛选人员的参考依据。
Objective: To master the electrocardiogram changes of a large number of officers and soldiers in the acute plateau. The amplitude of S wave in Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅵ increased with altitude, Increasing trend; S-T segment changes with increasing altitude increased the number of cases; Conclusion: We believe that changes in ECG, can be used as a military and civilian in the future plateau operations, construction, rapid advance plateau to provide screening staff reference.
