中国是一个农业大国,在全国2862个县级行政单位中,目前有县级电视播出机构1239个,这些播出机构的收视群体大都为农民群众,因此,一般都设有涉农电视栏目。这些电视栏目肩负着向农民群众传达党的方针政策、推广科学技术、普及农业知识、指导农民致富、活跃农村文化生活的重任,为农村稳定、农业增效、农民增收和农村“两个文明”建设起到了不可估量的作用。但是,由于各地的基础不同、条件不同、设备不同,再加上地域局限、资金缺乏、人才结构不稳定等因素,涉农电视栏目也千差万别。笔者曾从事过十多年的基层台涉农电视节目编导策划工作,现又供职于中国视协农村电视委员会,有条件和机会接触并调研了全国数百家基层台的涉农电视节目,因而深感涉农电视栏目的合理设置及向对象性发展,仍是电视人探索和孜求的一个现实而深远的问题。
China is an agricultural power. Of the 2,862 county-level administrative units in the country, there are currently 1,239 county-level television broadcasters. Most of these broadcasters have viewing groups that are mostly peasants. Therefore, television programs are generally provided. These TV programs are shouldering the tasks of conveying the Party’s principles and policies to the peasant masses, promoting science and technology, popularizing agricultural knowledge, guiding peasants to become rich and active in rural cultural life. They are responsible for rural stability, agricultural efficiency, peasants’ income growth and rural “two civilizations” Construction has played an invaluable role. However, because of the different bases, conditions and equipment in different places, coupled with geographical constraints, lack of funds and instability of talent structure, the agricultural TV sections also vary widely. I have been engaged in more than 10 years of grassroots TV director planting programs involved in agriculture, and now work in the China Television Association as the Association of Rural Television, conditions and opportunities to contact and research hundreds of grass-roots stations nationwide television programs and therefore It is still a realistic and far-reaching issue for television professionals to explore and find ways to deeply understand the reasonable setting of agro-television programs and their development toward the target.
