目的探讨白血病抑制因子(LIF)和巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)与子宫内膜增生症的关系。方法2005年5月至2006年4月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院和黑龙江省电力医院对85例子宫内膜增生症患者的子宫内膜组织进行分类,并应用免疫组化方法,对组织进行LIF和MIF蛋白检测。结果子宫内膜增生症患者的内膜组织中,LIF检测总阳性率为64.7%,在单纯型、复合型、不典型增生型组织中的阳性率分别为62.7%、61.1%、75.0%。MIF检测总阳性率为72.9%,在各型组织中的阳性率分别为62.7%、83.3%、93.8%。MIF在子宫内膜不典型增生型组织中阳性率与另两型比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。而LIF在3种类型的子宫内膜增生组织中阳性率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),且两种因子在组织中的表达无明显相关性。结论MIF在子宫内膜不典型增生型组织中阳性率较高,推测其与子宫内膜的异常过度增生和癌变有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and endometrial hyperplasia. Methods From May 2005 to April 2006, 85 cases of endometrial hyperplasia were classified into endometrial tissues from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and Heilongjiang Provincial Electric Power Hospital. The tissues were harvested by immunohistochemistry LIF and MIF protein detection. Results The total positive rate of LIF in endometriosis patients was 64.7%. The positive rates of LIF were 62.7%, 61.1% and 75.0% in simple, complex and atypical hyperplastic tissues respectively. The positive rate of MIF was 72.9%, and the positive rates of MIF were 62.7%, 83.3% and 93.8% respectively. The positive rate of MIF in endometrial dysplasia was significantly different from that in the other two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of LIF between the three types of endometrial hyperplasia (P> 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the two factors in the tissue. Conclusions The positive rate of MIF in endometrial dysplasia is high, suggesting that MIF may be related to abnormal endometrial hyperplasia and carcinogenesis.
