目的 :对比观察人胎肝细胞和胎牛肝细胞低分子天然抑瘤物 (L MW- NTS)对小鼠腹腔积液型 S- 180细胞生长的抑制效应。方法 :分别从胎儿肝细胞和胎牛肝细胞中分离提取出 L MW- NTS。采用体外双层软琼脂培养法检测它们对 S- 180细胞集落生成的抑制作用 ;给两组荷瘤小鼠每日分别腹腔注射人胎肝细胞和胎牛肝细胞L MW- NTS 0 .5 m g/只 ,每日 1次连续注射 2 1天 ,观察小鼠的寿命。结果 :人胎肝细胞和胎牛肝细胞 L MW- NTS对S- 180细胞的生长均有明显的抑制作用 ,且抑制作用随 L MW- NTS浓度增高而增强 ;腹腔注射治疗荷瘤小鼠均能显著延长小鼠寿命。结论 :人胎肝细胞和胎牛肝细胞中均存在着一种作用相似的 L MW- NTS,在体内外均具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。
OBJECTIVE : To observe the inhibitory effect of human fetal liver cells and fetal bovine hepatocytes with low molecular weight native tumor suppressor (L MW-NTS) on the growth of mouse peritoneal effusion S-180 cells. Conclusion : There is a similar effect of L MW-NTS in human fetal liver cells and fetal bovine hepatocytes. Both of them have obvious antitumor activity both in vitro and in vivo.
