利用ESR自旋捕集技术研究了中药复方生脉饮及其组成单味药人参、麦冬和五味子对羟自由基的清除机理以及各单味药物与复方间的关系。结果表明,复方生脉饮具有比各单味药更好的抗氧化能力。
Using ESR spin trapping technology, the mechanism of hydroxyl radical scavenging and the relationship between single-taste drugs and compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine compound Shengmai Yin and its constituent single herbs ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicus and Schisandra chinensis were studied. The results showed that the compound Shengmai Yin has better antioxidation ability than each single herb.
