一直以来,高职院校学生普遍入学成绩较低、文化基础较差,存在着学习目标不明确、学习积极性不高、缺乏自信心、对前途没有希望等问题,尤其是对英语学习不感兴趣,学习成绩不佳。英语是学生学习的薄弱环节,如何提高学生英语成绩是一个需要关注的话题。成就目标定向主要探讨影响学生学习行为的动机,不同的目标定向可能会影响学生的自我效能和学习动机,进而对学生的英语学习成绩产生巨大影响。Ames的TARGET模式提倡通过调节六种课堂结构因素,即任务设计、权利分配、个体认可、小组安排、评价活动和时间分配进行教学,创造一种有利于提高学生学习动机的学习氛围。
All along, students in higher vocational colleges generally have low academic performance, poor basic education, problems such as unclear learning objectives, low learning motivation, lack of self-confidence and no hope for the future, especially those who are not interested in learning English. Poor academic performance. English is a weak link in student learning. How to improve students’ English scores is a topic of concern. Achievement goal orientation mainly discusses motivation that affects students’ learning behavior. Different goal orientation may affect students’ self-efficacy and learning motivation, which will have a great impact on students’ English achievement. Ames’s TARGET model advocates creating a learning atmosphere that is conducive to enhancing student learning motivation through the regulation of six classroom structure elements: task design, rights assignment, individual recognition, group placement, evaluation activities, and time distribution.
