目的分析影响预防接种门诊服务满意度的关键因素,为进一步提高预防接种服务质量提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,2016年5-9月对泰州市7个市(区)的3 000名调查对象进行问卷调查,并运用结构方程模型进行拟合和参数估计。结果结构方程模型的拟合效果较好,接种后服务对总体评价的影响最大,为0.391,其次接种中服务为0.219,整体环境为0.185,接种前服务为0.172,方便可及性影响程度最小为0.093。结论在今后的免疫规划工作中,各预防接种门诊应根据服务人口的特点和硬件设施条件,优化接种流程,提高接种环境的舒适性和人性化;利用信息系统和APP软件,分时段预约人员接种;同时进一步加强信息数字化预防接种门诊的建设。
Objective To analyze the key factors influencing the satisfaction of outpatient service in vaccination and provide a scientific basis for further improving the quality of vaccination services. Methods By stratified random sampling method, from May to September in 2016, 3 000 surveyed persons in 7 cities (districts) of Taizhou City were surveyed, and the structural equation model was used for fitting and parameter estimation. Results The structural equation model had a good fitting effect. The service after inoculation had the greatest impact on the overall evaluation, which was 0.391. The second service was 0.219, the overall environment was 0.185, the service before inoculation was 0.172, and the accessibility was the least 0.093. Conclusion In the future immunization planning work, all vaccination clinics should optimize the inoculation process to improve the comfort and humanity of inoculation environment according to the characteristics of the service population and the hardware facilities; use of information system and APP software, ; At the same time to further strengthen the digital vaccination clinic information construction.
