在铀水冶工艺中,游离酸的测定是项比较重要的分析项目,因为游离酸的浓度直接影响浸出的效果和酸耗。但是,存在可水解金属离子时,游离酸的测定是比较困难的,尤其是像矿石硫酸浸出液这种复杂的体系。作者曾介绍过EDTA-Ca法~〔1〕,但对高铝的样品,由于EDTA与Al~3+的络合较慢,加EDTA以后马上滴定,结果有偏高现象。至于离子交换法则手续较烦。现在,简单地介绍消除Al~3+干扰的标准曲线法。
In uranium hydrometallurgy, the determination of free acid is a more important analysis because the concentration of free acid has a direct impact on leaching performance and acid consumption. However, in the presence of hydrolysable metal ions, the determination of the free acid is more difficult, especially in the complex systems such as ore sulfuric acid leachate. The authors have introduced the EDTA-Ca method 〔1〕, but for the samples of high aluminum, EDTA and Al ~ 3 + due to the slow complex, plus EDTA immediately after titration, the result is high. As for ion exchange rules more trouble. Now, simply introduce the standard curve method to eliminate the interference of Al ~ 3 +.
