做好服务工作,是人社局办公室的首要宗旨。办公室作为局内科室之一,主要起到沟通、协调等重要作用。在新时期新形势下,人社局办公室工作也要紧跟时代步伐,抓住工作重心,做好办公室工作,提高工作效能。其中做好办文办会、档案文书管理、信息报送沟通、办公人员服务形象等各方面工作,是提升办公室工作效能的基础,只有做到工作精细、行动有力,才能确保办公室工作平稳高效运行。本人结合自身工作实际,浅谈新时期下如何做好人社局办公室工作。
Doing a good job in service is the primary purpose of the office of the people’s social administration. Office as an internal medicine department, mainly play an important role in communication, coordination and so on. Under the new situation in the new period, the office work of the People’s Social Work Office should keep up with the pace of the times, grasp the focus of work, improve office work and improve work efficiency. Among them, doing a good job in handling office work, file and document management, information submission and communication, and service personnel image are the basis for enhancing the work efficiency of the office. Only when the work is meticulous and the action is vigorous can the office work be run smoothly and efficiently .
