由天津水泥工业设计院研制的环沟—双曲面节能衬板于1991年4月4日在山东德州第二建筑材料厂通过由山东省建材局主持的省级技术鉴定。到会专家一致认为我国自行设计研制的环沟—双曲面节能衬板是在对国内外一些先进球磨机衬板的研究和分析的基础上,取长补短而研制出的一种新型组合式高效节能衬板。该衬板装在山东省德州第二建筑材料厂8.8万t水泥生产线中的φ2.2×6.5m圈流水泥磨内,经过半年多的连续生产考验和对其中4个多月的生产统计,结果证实,环沟—双曲面节能衬板确实是一种新型高效节能磨机衬板。
