由于PYT-2C型凿岩台车(配YGP-28型风动凿岩机)、Z-30型装岩机、KD-6型斗车和1米~3侧卸式矿车组成的平巷机械化作业线,是我国有色金属矿山目前一般的技术装备水平。十年来,这一作业线在矿山建设中为提高掘进强度,改变矿山掘进被动局面,提高掘进效率,改善掘进工人的作业条件和减轻劳动强度发挥了重大作用。但实践证明,该线所用设备由于其性能和生产能力的局限性,其工班效率只能达到0.5～0.6米/工班,很难再有更大的突破。
As the mechanized operation of the roadway consisting of the PYT-2C drilling rig (equipped with YGP-28 pneumatic rock drilling machine), the Z-30 rock loader, the KD-6 and the 1 to 3 side unloading trolley Line, is China’s current non-ferrous metal mine general technical equipment level. In the past ten years, this line has played an important role in mine construction in order to improve the intensity of tunneling, change the passive situation of mine tunneling, improve tunneling efficiency, improve the working conditions of tunneling workers and reduce the labor intensity. However, practice has proved that the equipment used in this line can not reach a bigger breakthrough due to the limitation of its performance and production capacity.
