我厂八车间职工在节约用电的运动中,制作了一台结构简单的自动节电装置,经一年来的运行实践证明,工作可靠,故障极少,维护容易,节电效果显著。动作简介当电焊机接入网路而未开始焊接(即空载)时(见右图),接触器 CJ 不吸气,因此,电焊机 PT 初级是通过 CJ_3常闭触头与电容器C 串联接入电源,这时仅产生0.1~0.2安左右的初级电流。同时,PT 次级感应出24伏左右的电压,使直流继电器1J 吸合,从而切断了交流接触器 CJ 线圈回路,保证 CJ 在空载下始终不闭合,也就是使电容器 C 始终串入电焊机初级回路,减少了空载电流。
