对产地、收获时间、贮藏条件相同的青海鹅观草(Roegneriakokonorica)和无芒鹅观草(Roegneriamutica)种子进行了15、20、25、30℃四种恒温及10~25、15~25、15~30、20~30℃四种变温处理,测定其萌发适宜温度;相继以适宜萌发温度(20℃),分别结合预冷、光照和0.2%硝酸钾三种预处理及低温(15℃)、变温(15~30℃)等措施测定两种子适宜的破除休眠技术。结果表明:鹅观草种子适宜萌发温度为15~25℃、15~30℃变温及2O℃恒温,青海鹅观草还适宜10~25℃的低变温。发芽试验初次统计在第6天,未次统计在第14天为宜。预处理及变温、低温处理结果表明:以20℃恒温结合预冷处理最好,可显著提高发芽率及萌发速度,其次为15~25、15~30℃变温。青海鹅观草较无芒鹅观草萌发速度快,且适宜在较低温度下萌发及生长。
Four kinds of isothermal temperature of 15, 20, 25, 30 ℃ and 10 ~ 25, 15 ~ 25, 15 were conducted on the seeds of Roegneri kokonorica and Roegneriamutica with the same yield, harvest time and storage conditions, ~ 30 ℃ and 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃ respectively, and the suitable germination temperature was determined. The optimal germination temperature (20 ℃) were respectively combined with three pretreatment methods: pre-cooling, light and 0.2% ), Variable temperature (15 ~ 30 ℃) and other measures to determine the two seeds suitable to break dormancy technology. The results showed that the suitable germination temperature of A. sinensis seed was 15-25 ℃, 15-30 ℃ and 2 ℃. The grass of Qinghai also suitable for low temperature change of 10-25 ℃. The initial statistics of germination test on the 6th day, not statistics on the 14th day is appropriate. Pretreatment and variable temperature, low temperature treatment results show that: 20 ℃ constant pretreatment combined with the best cooling, can significantly improve the germination rate and germination rate, followed by 15 ~ 25,15 ~ 30 ℃ temperature. Goose grass Qinghai compared with non-Goose grass germination speed, and suitable for germination and growth at lower temperatures.
