Reengineering is considered as a new revolution in business management after total quality management. The prerequisite for the management of the revolution is that information technology puts forward new requirements for enterprise management. It can regard enterprise reengineering as the theoretical circle of enterprises in developed countries and make a positive response to the changes caused by the knowledge-based economy.
