实验研究了 CaO—SiO_2-TiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO炉渣在不同温度和氧分压下,三价和四价 Ti氧化物间的氧化还原平衡.结果表明:在<2时,与 近似呈线性关系,并可用 来判断炉渣碱度; 随全二氧化钛摩尔分数 的增大而增大;升高温度有利于渣中高价 Ti氧化物的还原(w为质量分数,x为摩尔分数)
The redox equilibrium between trivalent and tetravalent Ti oxides at different temperatures and partial pressure of oxygen was investigated experimentally. The results show that when <2, the alkalinity of slag is linear with the approximate value, and it can be used to judge the basicity of slag. It increases with the increase of the mole fraction of all titanium dioxide.
