沥青混凝土中掺加纤维能显著地提高沥青混凝土的路用性能,提高路面的抗水侵害能力,提高路面的高温稳定性以及减少路面的反射裂缝。试验讨论了聚酯纤维与聚丙烯腈纤维对沥青混合料的路用性能的影响。结果表明,掺加0.25%聚酯纤维及0.3%聚丙烯腈纤维,沥青混合料的稳定度提高约20%~30%,残留稳定度达到90%以上,动稳定度提高3倍左右。
Asphalt concrete with fiber can significantly improve the road performance of asphalt concrete, improve water resistance of pavement, improve the stability of the road surface temperature and reduce the reflective cracks on the road. The effects of polyester fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber on the road performance of asphalt mixture were discussed. The results show that the stability of asphalt mixture increases by 20% ~ 30% with the addition of 0.25% polyester fiber and 0.3% polyacrylonitrile fiber, the residual stability reaches more than 90% and the dynamic stability increases about 3 times.
