小鼠腹腔注射多抗甲素100mg/kg,连续3~5日,电镜观察发现小鼠脾脏有明显改变。淋巴细胞体积增大,形态不规则,细胞核增大,核仁明显,核内染色质比例改变,常染色质明显增多,显示出转化淋巴细胞的特点。有些细胞胞质内粗面内质网增多扩张,线粒体增大,核糖体增多,呈现活跃状态。而网状细胞亦表现出体积增大,细胞器增生,代谢旺盛等活跃情况。结果说明多抗甲素能直接作用于脾脏,对免疫器官有一定激活作用。
Mice were injected intraperitoneally with 100 mg / kg of poly-A for 3 to 5 days. Electron microscopy showed that there was a significant change in the spleen of mice. Lymphocytes increased in size, irregular shape, enlarged nucleus, prominent nucleoli, nuclear chromatin ratio changes, significantly increased euchromatin, showing the characteristics of transformed lymphocytes. Some cells within the cytoplasm increased rough endoplasmic reticulum increased, mitochondria increased, ribosome increased, showing an active state. The reticulocytes also showed an increase in volume, organelles hyperplasia, metabolism and other active conditions. The results show that poly-A can directly affect the spleen, immune organs have a certain activation.
