Scientific accountability is of great and far-reaching significance for strengthening the management and supervision of party and government leading cadres, enhancing the sense of responsibility and overall situation of party and government leading cadres and promoting the thorough implementation of the scientific concept of development. Non-scientific accountability has affected the execution and credibility of policies and hindered the government under the rule of law in building and developing a process of transformation and upgrading. We should comprehensively strengthen the standardization of accountability work and raise its scientific standard.
