为寻求新的能有效保存体外循环中血小板数量和功能的药品,本实验观察了丹参酮Ⅱ~A磺酸钠在部分体外循环中对犬血小板的影响,实验表明此药能有效地抑制血小板的粘附功能,给药后血小板粘附率很快从接近50%降至5%左右,转流结束后血小板计数仍在原先的90%以上,光镜观察见用药组血小板数量多,体积较大,形态完好,颗粒丰富,无聚集现象,提示此药不仅抑制了血小板的粘附,且抑制了聚集,释放等反应。
