“应着重把握核心价值体系、母体文化、地域文化与管理实践特色这四个着力点。集中体现了现阶段我国必须确立的世界观、人生观、价值观、道德观中的本质要求。”企业文化是企业核心竞争力的重要内容。企业文化代表着一个企业的发展历程,是企业的灵魂。建设优秀企业文化是落实科学发展观、创造一流业绩、打造企业长青基业的客观需要和重要内容。作为一个基层企业,如何建设优秀文化?笔者认为,应着重把握核心价值体系、母体文化、地域文化与管理实践特色这四个着力点。
“Emphasis should be placed on grasping the four key points of core value system, mother culture, regional culture and management practice characteristics, which embody the essential requirements of the world outlook, outlook on life, values and ethics that China must establish at this stage.” Culture is an important part of an enterprise’s core competitiveness. Corporate culture represents the course of development of an enterprise, is the soul of enterprises. Building an Excellent Corporate Culture is an Objective Requirement and an Important Content for Implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, Creating First-Class Achievements, and Building Everlasting Corporations. As a grass-roots enterprise, how to build a good culture? The author believes that we should focus on the core values of the system, the mother culture, regional culture and management practices of these four focuses.
