人力资源管理外包可以使企业节约成本,提高效率,是实现管理绩效最优和解决企业人力资源管理问题的有效途径。但企业对人力资源管理外包服务商选择的问题应十分审慎地加以对待。本文对人力资源管理外包服务商选择决策问题进行了相关研究并引入一种基于EOWA算子的多属性决策方法。该方法对企业人力资源管理外包服务商的选择决策具有一定的指导作用。
Human resource management outsourcing can make enterprises save costs and improve efficiency, which is an effective way to achieve the best management performance and solve the problem of enterprise human resources management. However, enterprises should carefully treat the problems that human resource management outsourcing providers choose. This paper makes a research on the selection decision-making of human resource management outsourcing service providers and introduces a multi-attribute decision-making method based on EOWA operator. This method can guide the choice and decision-making of human resource management outsourcing service providers in enterprises.
