法国著名教育家第惠多斯说:“教学的艺术,不在于传授的本领,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”我国古代教育思想家孔子也说:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”学习的主体是学生个人,在教育过程中,虽然老师在不断地传授给学生新的知识,但是最终还是需要学生对此消化、吸收来变成自己的东西。所以,老师需要考虑的还有怎样来激发学生的学习兴趣,提高他们对知识的掌握欲望,争取每个人都能自觉融入到学习中来,使学生愿学、乐学、善学。
