本工业试验是在小型试验的热力学和动力学分析以及工业炉热平衡计算基础上进行的。试验得到了较好的技术经济指标:TiO_2氯化率98.43%,∑Fe氯化率97.65%;总氯气利用率91.7%;炉单位产能24.1吨TiCl_4/米~2·日;每吨TiCl_4生产成本794.42~998.72元;所得FeCl_3品位大于90%,并符合工业净水要求。试验结果证明,钛精矿直接氯化制取TiCl_4工艺技术上可行,经济上合理。
This industrial test is based on the thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of small-scale tests and on the calculation of heat balance in industrial furnaces. The technical and economic indexes of the experiment were as follows: the chlorination rate of TiO_2 was 98.43%, the rate of ΣFe chlorination was 97.65%, the total chlorine utilization rate was 91.7%; the unit capacity of furnace was 24.1 tons TiCl_4 / m ~ 2 days; the production cost of TiCl_4 per ton 794.42 ~ 998.72 yuan; the obtained FeCl_3 grade is more than 90%, and meets the industrial water purification requirements. The test results show that direct chlorination of titanium concentrates to TiCl_4 process technology feasible and economically reasonable.
