刚刚过去的4月,姚明与中国篮协谈判闹僵,双方争夺的焦点是CBA商业开发权的归属问题。此前,姚明联合18家CBA俱乐部揭竿而起成立了中职联,试图让CBA联赛更加职业化。在与篮协就CBA联赛改革事宜进行的两次谈判中,姚提出:18家俱乐部联合占63%的股份,中篮协只占30%;同时篮协将联赛运营权交予中职联。
Just in April, Yao Ming negotiations with the Chinese Basketball Association stalled, the focus of competition for both parties is the ownership of CBA commercial development rights. Previously, Yao Ming 18 CBA clubs broke up and set up a secondary league, trying to make the CBA league more professional. In two negotiations with the Basketball Association on the reform of the CBA league, Yao proposed: 18 clubs together accounted for 63% of the shares, the Central Basketball Association only 30%; at the same time the Basketball Association handed the league operation rights to the Federation.
