目的:探讨在肺癌患者家属中实施健康教育路径的效果。方法:选取2014年2月~2016年2月收治的拟行手术治疗的肿瘤患者174例,随机分为两组各87例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组应用健康教育路径同时对患者及家属进行干预,比较两组患者家庭支持状况、并发症、生活质量及护理满意率。结果:观察组家庭关怀度指数量表评分为(7.94±2.74)分,高于对照组的(5.70±2.96)分(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为16.09%,低于对照组的29.89%(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36评分为(69.83±4.94)分,高于对照组的(64.77士3.74)分(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.25%,高于对照组的71.26%(P<0.05)。结论:在肺癌患者家属中实施健康教育路径,能够改善患者家庭关怀度,减少并发症,提高生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of implementing health education in the family members of lung cancer patients. Methods: Totally 174 patients with intention to undergo surgical treatment from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups of 87 patients. The control group was given routine health education. In the observation group, health education pathway was applied to both patients and Family members intervened and compared the family support status, complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate in both groups. Results: The score of family care index in the observation group was (7.94 ± 2.74) points higher than that of the control group (5.70 ± 2.96) points (P <0.05). The complication rate in observation group was 16.09%, which was lower than that in control group (29.89%, P <0.05). The score of SF-36 in the observation group was (69.83 ± 4.94) points higher than that in the control group (64.77 ± 3.74) points (P0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.25%, which was higher than that of the control group (71.26%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of health education among family members of patients with lung cancer can improve the degree of family care, reduce complications and improve the quality of life and satisfaction with nursing care.
