微囊(微型胶囊)是近二十年来发展起来的一种新剂型。这种剂型的含量测定方法已有报道。国外采用盐酸法破坏明胶凝聚微囊膜和用乳缽研磨,超声,最后在40℃搅拌30分钟以破坏醋酸纤维素邻苯二甲酸酯凝聚微囊膜后进行含量测定。国内也有介绍用超声波法对微囊膜进行破坏。我所曾以明胶:阿拉伯胶(1:1)为膜料,用复凝聚法研制棉酚微囊,作者初步试用了盐酸法和超声波法对此棉酚微囊膜进行破坏,结果不够理想,前法重复性差,后法不易将膜破坏。本文采用胰酶作消化剂,以 pH8.0
