目的 探讨正常儿童听觉P300 及其地形图与心理评分的关系。方法 应用诱发电位地形图仪检测39例6~15 岁正常儿童的听觉P300 及P300 地形图, 并与智商(intelligence quotient,IQ)进行相关性分析。结果 正常儿童P300 潜伏期及波幅3 个年龄组比较有显著性差别,年龄越小P300 潜伏期越长波幅越低。年龄、IQ 与P300潜伏期呈显著负相关。P300 地形图显示正常电位分布,顶区中央部Pz 点功率值最高。结论 听觉P300 及其地形图检测是评价正常儿童认知功能的一种客观方法。
Objective To investigate the relationship between auditory P300 and its topographic maps and psychological scores in normal children. Methods The auditory P300 and P300 topographic maps of 39 normal children aged 6 to 15 years old were detected by using the evoked potential topograph and the correlation was analyzed with intelligence quotient (IQ). Results The P300 latency and the amplitude of normal children were significantly different among the three age groups. The younger the P300 latency, the lower the amplitude. Age, IQ and P300 latency were significantly negatively correlated. P300 topography shows the normal potential distribution, the top of the central part of the highest power point Pz point. Conclusion Auditory P300 and its topographic map is an objective method to evaluate the cognitive function of normal children.
