目的:观察柴胡加龙牡复律汤对氯化钡诱发大鼠实验性室性心律失常的疗效,并初步探索其作用机制。方法:将30只WiStar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、普罗帕酮阳性对照组和柴胡加龙牡复律汤组,每组10只,各组连续给予预防性治疗1周,末次给药30 min后,制备氯化钡诱发的大鼠实验性心律失常模型,分别记录各组大鼠出现室性旱搏(VPB)、室性心动过速(VT)、室颤(VF)、室性心律失常持续的时间和大鼠存活时间。结果:与空白对照组比较,普罗帕酮阳性对照组、柴胡加龙牡复律汤组均可延长大鼠出现VPB、VT(或VF)的时间(P<0.05),降低心律失常持续时间(P<0.05),延长大鼠的存活时间(P<0.05);与普罗帕酮阳性对照组比较,柴胡加龙牡复律汤组可延长大鼠出现VPB、VT(或VF)的时间,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与普罗帕酮阳性对照组比较,柴胡加龙牡复律汤组可降低心律失常持续时间和延长大鼠的存活时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙牡复律汤对氯化钡诱发实验性大鼠室性心律失常具有较好的拮抗作用;可推迟氯化钡致大鼠发生VPB和VT(或VF)的时间并缩短大鼠心律失常的持续时间。“,”Objective: To observe the efficacy of Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Cardioversion Decoction on drug-induced ventricular arrhythmias in rats, and to study its functional mechanism. Methods: WiStar rats were randomly divided into control group, propafenone positive control group and Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Cardioversion Decoction group, 10 rats in each, with preventive treatments for a week, and after 30 minutes of the last administration, rat models experimental arrhythmia was induced by barium chloride; the time when the rats appeared ventricular arrhythmias in-cluding of ventricular pacing (VPB), ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF), and the survival time of rats were record. Results: Compared with the blank control group, propafenone positive control group and Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Cardioversion Decoction group could prolong rats VPB and VT (or VF) time (P<0.05), reduce the du-ration of ventricular arrhythmia (P<0.05), and prolong the survival time of rats (P0.05); and Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Car-dioversion Decoction group could reduce the arrhythmia duration and survival time and extend the rats had significant differ-ence (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bupleurum plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Cardioversion Decoction had better ability to antag-onize ventricular arrhythmias in rats induced by barium chloride, delay the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias, shorten the duration, and improve the survival time.
