抗氯喹伯氏疟原虫ANKA株过度表达的54kDa蛋白是我们首次发现的一种蛋白,本文应用免疫电镜技术对其在伯氏疟原虫ANKA株体内的定位进行了研究,结果表明54kDa蛋白主要散在分布于疟原虫滋养体及裂殖体胞质中;疟原虫寄生的红细胞中也有少量分布;抗氯喹伯氏疟原虫体内54kDa蛋白含量远高于氯喹敏感疟原虫。本文结果有助于理解疟原虫的抗氯喹机制。
The 54kDa protein overexpressing ANKA strain resistant to chloroquine-resistant Plasmodium berghei was the first one we found. In this paper, the localization of 54kDa protein in ANKA strain of Plasmodium berghei was studied by immunoelectron microscopy. The results showed that the 54kDa protein was mainly scattered Plasmodium trophozoites and schizonts cytoplasm; Plasmodium parasitic erythrocytes also have a small amount of distribution; Anti-chloroquine paraquat parasites in vivo 54kDa protein content is much higher than chloroquine sensitive Plasmodium. The results of this article help to understand the chloroquine mechanism of Plasmodium.
