陕西省明春食品有限公司是我国西北地区第一家研制开发魔芋的企业,先后投资100多万元,从日本引进魔芋粉精加工生产线,生产出素腰片、素鱿鱼、素龙虾丝、素鲍鱼丝、素鸡丁、素雪贝等魔芋产品。这些产品食用方便,烹制方法多样,口感滑而不腻,是人们理想的菜肴。现在,明春公司魔芋食品的年产值已达200多万元,实现税利40多万元。
