以二乙烯苯(DVB)和对氯甲基苯乙烯(CMS)为单体通过沉淀聚合制备了聚苯乙烯微球载体,表面经过引发转移终止剂(iniferter)修饰后,采用光接枝表面印迹的方法制备了以D-扁桃酸(D-MDA)为模板分子的分子印迹微球(MIMs).扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究结果显示,分子印迹微球具有良好的单分散性和球形度,平均粒径为4.38μm,多分散系数为1.02.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、元素分析和热重分析对聚合物微球进行了表征,结果显示聚合物反应完全并具有良好的热稳定性.将分子印迹微球用作高效液相色谱固定相研究了其分子识别和选择性吸附性能.结果表明,采用光接枝法制备的表面分子印迹微球对模板分子及其手性对映体呈现出良好的分离能力,在化学传感、色谱分析和固相萃取等领域具有广阔的应用前景.
Polystyrene microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization using divinylbenzene (DVB) and p-chloromethylstyrene (CMS) as monomers. The surface was modified with iniferter and then photo-grafted The molecularly imprinted microspheres (MIMs) with D-mandelic acid (D-MDA) as template were prepared by SEM.The results of SEM showed that the imprinted microspheres had good monodispersity and sphericity, The average particle size was 4.38μm and polydispersity was 1.02.
