长桁斜削端头是民用飞机壁板设计中必不可少的结构细节,也是影响壁板静强度、疲劳强度性能的关键细节特征。文章研究了长桁斜削端头设计,综合分析了结构的几何特性,结构受力及紧固件受力特点,提出了对此结构的改进设计方案。通过有限元分析得到此改进方案完善了长桁斜削端头结构的受力,提高了结构性能,最后此结构在机翼壁板设计中的到了成功应用。
Skew bevels are indispensable structural details in the design of siding for civil aircraft and are also the key details that affect the static strength and fatigue strength of siding. In this paper, the design of the bevel end of the stringer is studied, and the geometric characteristics of the structure, the force of the structure and the force of the fastener are analyzed synthetically. The improved design scheme of the structure is proposed. Through the finite element analysis, this improved scheme has perfected the stress of the bevel end structure of the long steel truss and improves the structural performance. Finally, the structure has been successfully applied to the design of the wing panels.
