当今世界是以科技为主导的不断发展的世界,科技的发展离不开对人才的管理。随着科技的发展,企业对人才的需求也越来越大。但是,从目前来看石油企业中的人力资源的管理工作还存在着很多问题亟待解决。然而在这些问题面前,建立既科学又有效地考核制度标准是非常有必要的。因为,只有这样才能最大限度的挖掘职工的潜能,为人力资源的管理和石油企业的发展做出贡献。
