本文采用放射免疫分析法,对71例高血压患者和35例正常人血浆内皮素(ET)与内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)的含量进行检测。结果表明,高血压组血浆ET与EDLS含量明显高于正常血压组(p<0.01),血浆ET与EDLS之间呈显著正相关(r=0.53,p<0.001)。血浆ET与EDLS含量随血压增高及病程延长逐渐升高。EH组中血浆ET与EDLS含量Ⅱ期高于Ⅰ期。以上结果提示:血浆ET与EDLS在高血压病的发生发展过程中起重要作用。
In this paper, radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of plasma endothelin (ET) and endogenous digitalis (EDLS) in 71 hypertensive patients and 35 healthy controls. The results showed that plasma ET and EDLS levels in hypertension group were significantly higher than those in normal blood pressure group (p <0.01), and there was a significant positive correlation between plasma ET and EDLS (r = 0.53, p <0.001). Plasma ET and EDLS levels increased with increasing blood pressure and prolonged course of disease. EH group plasma ET and EDLS content was higher than the phase Ⅰ Ⅱ. The above results suggest that plasma ET and EDLS play an important role in the development of hypertension.
