Pigeons have the instincts known as gregariousness, paternity, flying, individual fields and jealousy, all derived from the instincts of individuals and species. But the author thinks it should be added to the pigeon’s intelligence. In any event, there is only one key point in the business, that is, the success or failure of a fancier depends entirely on picking pigeons through competition. The result of the competition is ultimately justified by the fact that the method is truly reliable.
