选择2010年1月到2011年12月在我院住院的严重糖尿病足患者11例,其自体骨髓间充质干细胞经增殖后进行下肢缺血肌肉内局部注射。结果干细胞移植后2～3周患者疼痛、皮温等均得到不同程度的改善,3～5个月后大部分患者溃疡坏疽面得到愈合,整个治疗过程中未发现与移植相关的并发症及不良反应。结论以自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植为主的综合治疗严重糖尿病足是安全有效的,可使部分严重的糖尿病足患者免除截肢,改善生活质量。
Eleven patients with severe diabetic foot hospitalized in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected and their autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were injected into the intramuscular injection of the lower limb ischemia after their proliferation. Results The pain and skin temperature were all improved to varying degrees in patients 2 ~ 3 weeks after stem cell transplantation. Most of the patients with ulcer and gangrene surface healed after 3 to 5 months. No transplant-related complications and complications were found during the whole treatment reaction. Conclusions The treatment of severe diabetic foot with autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation is safe and effective. It can relieve some of the severe diabetic foot amputations and improve the quality of life.
