文章以212名本土企业员工为研究对象,利用层级回归分析方法探索了工作疏离感对员工知识共享的影响,并揭示了中国人传统性在以上影响过程中所起的调节作用。研究结果表明:工作疏离感显著负向影响知识收集,且中国人传统性对二者关系起显著调节作用,即高传统性的中国员工更容易因为工作疏离感而减少知识收集;但工作疏离感并不显著负向影响知识贡献,中国人传统性对二者无显著调节作用。
The article takes 212 local enterprise employees as the research object, and uses the hierarchical regression analysis method to explore the impact of work alienation on employee knowledge sharing, and reveals the regulatory role of Chinese tradition in the above impact.
