碾压混凝土(RCC)路面是用坍落度为零的波特兰水泥(即硅酸盐水泥)混凝土(PCC)按相似于沥青混凝土的施工方法建成的。与传统的水泥混凝土(CCC)路面施工方法相比,用这种施工方法能节约16~30%的费用。当配比设计和施工都合适时,在用同样水泥的情况下,RCC的强度等于或高于传统法施工的混凝土路面。本文回顾了RCC路面的配比设计、施工方法和厚度设计方法,并讨论了需要进一步改进和研究的几个方面。
RCC pavement is constructed using Portland cement (Portland cement) concrete (PCC) with zero slump in a similar construction as asphalt concrete. Compared with the traditional cement concrete (CCC) pavement construction method, this construction method can save 16 to 30% of the cost. When the ratio design and construction are appropriate, with the same cement case, the strength of RCC is equal to or higher than the traditional method of construction of concrete pavement. This paper reviews the RCC pavement mix design, construction methods and thickness design methods, and discusses the need for further improvement and research aspects.
