[目的]建立快速、准确、高灵敏度地测定化肥中微量Cr、Cd、As、Pb、Hg元素的方法。[方法]采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,仪器经条件优化,以In为内标,样品的基体效应和仪器漂移能得到很好的补偿。[结果]微波消解和敞开酸溶两种样品处理方法比较可知,微波法具有更高的精密度和准确度,方法的加标回收率在85% ̄120%,RSD<15%。[结论]该方法完全符合GB18877-2002的规定要求,操作简便快速。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a rapid, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of Cr, Cd, As, Pb and Hg in chemical fertilizers. [Method] Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to optimize the instrument. In was used as internal standard, the matrix effect and instrument drift of the sample could be well compensated. [Result] The microwave digestion and open acid dissolution of two samples showed that the microwave method had higher precision and accuracy. The recoveries were 85% ~ 120% and RSD <15%. [Conclusion] This method fully complies with the requirements of GB18877-2002, which is easy and fast to operate.
