提出了一种利用光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器测量复杂结构固有频率的新方法。将FBG粘贴在钻台上,通过检测钻台表面的应变变化并进行数据处理进而实现对台钻的固有频率的测量,测得台钻的一阶固有频率为23.9Hz。将测量结果与ANSYS有限元仿真分析结果相比较,验证了此测量方法的可靠性。
A new method to measure the natural frequencies of complex structures by using fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors is proposed. The FBG was pasted on the drill floor, and the natural frequency of the bench drill was measured by detecting the strain change on the surface of the drill floor and processing the data. The first natural frequency of the bench drill was measured to be 23.9 Hz. The results of the measurement and ANSYS finite element simulation analysis results compared to verify the reliability of this measurement method.
