富裕老窖酒,产于黑龙江省富裕县。这个县素以盛产大豆、高梁、马铃薯著称。富裕县制酒厂根据泸州、五粮液两个酒厂百年以上老窖泥,取其泥而用其菌,即取川酒诸家之长,又有自家独到之处,以当地所产的上等高梁为原料,应用一种曲霉,三种酵母,五个除杂,七项增系和采取低温大水,经长期发酵,分层蒸烧,
Fuyu Laojiao wine is produced in Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province. This county is famous for its rich soybean, sorghum and potatoes. Fuyu County Winery is based on the old pit mud of two wineries of Zhangzhou and Wuliangye for more than 100 years. It uses its bacterium for picking the mud, which is the length of each family of Chuanjiu wines. It also has its own unique features. As a raw material, sorghum uses one kind of Aspergillus, three kinds of yeasts, five impurities, seven addition lines, and low-temperature and large-water fermentation. After long-term fermentation, the layers are steamed.
