本文详细分析了金矿尾矿的组分构成并与常用陶瓷原料作了对比分析 ,认为这种尾矿经除杂后可以作为陶瓷墙地砖生产中的优质长石代用原料 .尾矿经螺旋溜槽分级 (重选 )、弱磁选、强磁选、浮选等工艺 ,有效降低了尾矿中的铁、硫含量 ,制成合格的长石粉原料 ,并用该原料作为陶瓷墙地砖坯料在生产线上进行了一次低温快烧试验 ,生产出了合格的产品
